Kaiut Yoga:
a serene yoga practice
Brazilian chiropractor Francisco Kaiut is the originator of this yoga. After observing that a sedentary lifestyle, age, or intensive sports activities could dramatically affect our body's balance, he drew inspiration from the traditional postures of Hatha yoga to develop a unique therapeutic practice.
Kaiut yoga harnesses the principles of biomechanics while balancing energy flow. Each pose, held for a sufficient length of time, releases tension and opens the body to its full potential.
This yoga technique helps avoid any risk of injury by subtly adapting to each individual's needs. The benefits are felt from the very first sessions.
Francisco Kaiut, creator of a renewed practice
At the age of six, Francisco, born in Curitiba, Brazil, was shot in the hip. Seeking to alleviate the pain and discomfort, he began practicing yoga.

For whom? Why?
In 1991, he earned a Hata Yoga diploma and specialized in massage therapy and chiropractic. He was also interested in craniosacral therapy. In 1998, he incorporated polarity theory into his practice and founded his yoga school. The results quickly gained traction: workshops and conferences flourished in the United States, Europe, and Latin America to promote this peaceful yoga practice.

Kaiut Yoga helps you stay healthy, slow the body's aging process, heal injuries, soothe chronic pain, and release blockages. This unique approach to yoga reveals each person's areas of rigidity to alleviate them and restore more freedom to their body, and consequently to their mind, finally reconciled. The goal is to stay healthy and erase pain and discomfort.
This yoga adapts to the physiology of each individual, and can be practiced by everyone, at any age, and even in cases where mobility is more reduced.
