Yoga and well-being training at work
The Yoga and Health training is a personal development program that aims to share tools that allow participants to have the resources necessary to respond to stress, adopt good postures and develop psychosocial skills to stay healthy and maintain positive relationships with those around them.
This intervention provides a progressive learning of yoga techniques (physical, breathing, attention and concentration exercises) which can be put into practice independently by participants in their workplace and in their daily lives.
Regular courses
The practice of yoga establishes a way of being where the individual becomes an actor in their own existence, capable of influencing their well-being and adapting to stressful life situations. For this, commitment to regular practice is essential.
To ensure benefits for physical and mental health, we offer courses at your workplace.
In practice
All you need is an available room and a few mats to set up a class. Whether staff members participate, or the works council pays for it in part or in full: the choice is yours.
Weekly sessions (lasting one hour) can be organized in the morning before work, at noon during the lunch break or in the evening after work.
